Movement For Every Size
So my knee is out of alignment and it hurts like a mother whenever I walk, and due to an old sprain my other ankle is weak and screams every time I misstep. This has been detrimental to my going to the gym and it's frankly making me want to yell at my legs to WORK ALREADY. Advil helps but when I get done with work/class all I want to do is cradle my knee and sleep, not move more. |
So has anything been keeping you all from moving the way you like, mentally or physically?
